Ela Martins began her working career at the early age of 17 as an assistant at a non-profit daycare. She soon earned a degree in early childhood education, and by the time she left the center 13 years later, she held the position of lead classroom teacher.
Ela brought this pattern of hard work, dedication, and initiative to Nardulli & Associates, when she was first hired as an administrative assistant in 2017. Her vast history of administrative experience from her work at the daycare center, the Rockford Business Center and the McHenry Power Equipment Co. has well-equipped her to perform primary role at Family Defined Benefits as the New Business Coordinator. A licensed producer since 2018, Ela enjoys the fast-paced, multitasking mindset required from her in this role.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and attending musical concerts and festivals.
